Johannes Lang

Johannes Lang is the CEO and Co-founder of Ventures Beyond Borders. Previously, he led the Afghan Future Fund’s Refugee Entrepreneurship Program and helped incubate the Talent Mobility Fund. He has spent four years working for the private office of Eric Schmidt.

Johannes is a McCain Global Leader and a John F. Kennedy Scholar at the Harvard Kennedy School. His writings have been published at Foreign Policy, Fortune, and The Hill. Johannes has held stints at the EU AI Office, UNHCR, and CNN. He holds a BA from Harvard University.
