Ahmad Sear Shayan

I’m Ahmad Sear Shayan, a purpose-driven social entrepreneur with a Master’s in Development Studies, a BA in Management, and a Diploma in Servant Leadership. I’m the founder of TELA Language Academy in Quetta, where I focus on education and empowerment of 1500 Afghan Refugees. My journey includes policy work at the Presidential Palace in Kabul, teaching at Kabul University, and co-founding BeeHive Café in Quetta. I’m an ENTJ-A with strengths in vision, strategy, and life learning.
