Karam Alhamad

Karam Alhamad is an adept international development specialist and web3 evangelist with over a decade’s acumen in grants development, management, and handling USAID/OTI and NEA/AC funded initiatives. Between 2011 and 2020, he effectively managed intricate projects across Syria, ensuring quality and strategic design. A Yale alumnus with a Master’s in Public Policy, Mr. Alhamad has also been a pioneer in fintech since 2019, establishing the first multilingual crypto education platform in MENA. Additionally, he has collaborated with the Ethereum Foundation to promote Blockchain adoption within the MENA region and has been instrumental in exploring the application of blockchain to enhance humanitarian and development endeavors.
